We are dedicated to helping you spend less time in the gym while getting more results.  Our sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes.  Our packages are affordable with flexible payment plans to meet your budget. 

With 22 years experience Fit4Life is proud to have helped clients; reduce body fat, reach fitness goals, eat healthy, increase muscle mass and endurance, and find and keep motivation even outside of the gym.

Our programs are designed specifically for each client, with your ability and fitness goals in mind.  No two work out are the same to keep your mind as well as your body engaged. 

We specialize in sports conditioning, pre and post natal, athletic performance, functional fitness and fat loss coaching.



The passion that Russ has for fitness started as a young boy when he came across a copy of Muscle and Fitness magazine.  He was amazed at how the body could be transformed. 

Russ found his athletic passion with hockey when he started playing with the AAA level Michigan Nations Hockey Club as a youth.  He went on to play for Eastern Michigan University and is now a member of the Detroit Raters of the Michigan Elite Men's Hockey League.  Russ also coaches his sons who have found the same enjoyment for the sport.

Russ received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1997.  From there he started his career as a personal fitness trainer.  Fit4Life training opened in the year 2000 and he has built a successful and enjoyable career in the health and fitness industry.
